Yabulka is a trademark of BulApple Ltd, a cooperative of apple growers, registered in Bulgaria in 2013. We specialise in growing, storing and selling fresh apples.
We farm almost 100 hectares of apple orchards in Central Bulgaria with a total production of 5000 tons a year. We aim to develop long term partnerships, rooted in mutual trust and responsibility. Our cooperation sells its produce on the Bulgarian market via leading supermarket chains, as well as exports to Europe with Italy, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Romania being our current main export destinations.
We are able to store our fresh produce all year around thanks to our own controlled atmosphere storage facility.
We perform all fruit sorting, calibrating and packaging at our base, located in the town of Parvomay. We have 24 refrigerated chambers with a total storage capacity of 3000 tons. The cooperative’s offices are also located here.
BUL APPLE EOOD., as an organization of fruit producers, is a beneficiary of a grant in the total amount of BGN 100,000.00 under sub-measure 22.2 "Extraordinary temporary support for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine" from the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
Thanks to the financial support from the European Union, BUL APPLE EOOD achieved the objectives set out in the aid by opposing the inflationary processes resulting from the Russian invasion of Ukraine, expressed in increasing prices for electricity, equipment and machinery, wages, etc. As a result of the assistance received, the company was able to overcome the imbalance in the agricultural products market and secure its business activity in the trade of quality and organically produced fruits.
